Your sales happened. Now find the profit.

The Profit Clarity Checkup turns one month of scattered sales, costs, fees, expenses, time, and record gaps into a clear business picture and three next actions.

  • See what remains after costs, fees, overhead, and your time
  • Identify the offer, channel, or missing record hurting clarity
  • Leave with a configured dashboard and three prioritized actions
See how it works

The Problem

Revenue can look healthy while the business quietly leaks money and attention.

Platform fees, product costs, subscriptions, unpaid labor, inconsistent pricing, and missing business records make it surprisingly difficult to know whether a solo business is working.

Question 01

What did I truly earn?

Separate revenue from real profit after the costs required to produce it.

Question 02

What is worth my time?

Compare earnings with the hours each offer or channel actually consumes.

Question 03

What is missing?

Spot the records, numbers, or due dates that block better decisions and future forms.

Built from the exact problem MySoloOS is being tested against: not just "track money," but "stop running the business from scattered numbers, documents, and guesses."

What You Receive

Not another blank spreadsheet. A completed business diagnosis.

Your checkup is built from your summarized numbers and delivered in plain language you can act on.

Profit Snapshot

A completed view of revenue, direct costs, fees, overhead, owner labor, operating profit, and effective hourly earnings.

Offer and Channel Findings

A clear explanation of which offer or sales channel appears strongest, weakest, or most in need of better data.

Record Gap Review

A practical list of business records or numbers that are missing, scattered, or likely to slow down vendor, tax, banking, or platform forms.

Configured Business Control Center

A copy of the MySoloOS Business Control Center prepared with your summarized starting numbers, plus three prioritized next actions.

Real Business Memory

The numbers matter. So do the records you keep hunting for.

Solo businesses do not only need a profit answer. They need a source of truth for the information that keeps appearing on forms, applications, taxes, and setup tasks.

Money clarity

Revenue, refunds, costs, fees, software, ads, other expenses, owner time, operating profit, effective hourly earnings, and what to measure next.

Business record clarity

Legal name, DBA, entity type, EIN location, sales tax permit location, resale certificate notes, bank reference, due dates, and vendor-application gaps.

How It Works

One month of numbers. One clear next move.

1

Claim a founding spot

You get the short intake for summarized business information. No bank logins, full account numbers, tax IDs, or customer data.

2

Share the numbers you have

Provide one recent month's totals for sales, costs, fees, expenses, and time. Estimates are clearly marked when exact numbers are unavailable.

3

Receive your checkup

Within five business days, receive your completed analysis, configured dashboard, record-gap notes, and three prioritized actions.

4

Use the next month to improve

Track what changes, update the dashboard, and make decisions using a clearer baseline.

Fit and Trust

A focused business checkup, with clear boundaries.

This is for you if...

  • You sell products or services on your own
  • You have sales but are unsure what remains as profit
  • Your business records are scattered across folders, inboxes, platforms, and memory
  • You want a practical next step, not a finance lecture
  • You can provide at least estimated monthly totals

This is not...

  • Bookkeeping or reconciliation of bank accounts
  • Accounting, legal, investment, or tax advice
  • A tax return or compliance review
  • A request for bank logins, account numbers, tax IDs, or customer data

Your privacy matters: You will be asked only for summarized business figures and high-level record locations needed for the checkup. Never send bank credentials, full account numbers, Social Security numbers, tax IDs, or customer-identifying information.

Questions

Before you claim a spot.

What if my records are incomplete?

That is common. The checkup will clearly separate known numbers, estimates, and missing information. Sometimes identifying the missing number is itself the most valuable next action.

Why is this limited to five customers?

This founding round is intentionally small so every checkup can receive careful attention while the process is refined into a stronger future MySoloOS product.

Will you tell me how to file taxes?

No. The checkup can show a planning reserve based on a percentage you choose, but it does not calculate tax liability or provide tax advice. Questions about your specific situation should go to a qualified tax professional.

Do I need the Business Control Center already?

No. A configured copy is included with the checkup.
